  Every time i order a smoothie from here it turns out watery and has a gross consistency, i ordered a SMOOTHIE not an orange julius. the workers there are rude, and i had one that mocked me by imitating what i said in a high pitched voice. i’ve also over heard a worker saying racist things. if i could give zero stars, i would.

  I only go for a milk shake I just wish that they would have licirash milk shakes again I remember when DQ had 52 different flavors

  Clean and tidy little disappointed with my ice cream serving size ordered a small and it was, thought maybe I ordered a kiddie size but the bill said small. Maybe next time they will get it right.

  I tried to visit this establishment last evening, after putting in a 12-hour shift doing Security for the Fire Centre, only to find the door locked. There were several other people associated with the fire fighting efforts inside the building. A male (possibly the owner) came to the door and told me "We're not open to the public. Okay?" and then closed the door. I was not given any other explanation. I called there again a few minutes ago and asked if they were open to the public. I was told by the female who answered that they were only open to the public until 5:00 PM and that from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM they were only open for Emergency Responders, firemen, police, firefighters. I told her about my experience with being turned away the night before. She asked if I was in uniform. I said we didn't wear uniforms to do security. She asked if I had identified myself and I told her I was not given the chance and that I was not too happy about being treated that way. She then rudely said "Maybe this is not the restaurant for you then." I told her it certainly wasn't as she hung up on me. I won't be visiting there again and will make sure I tell others how rudely I was treated.

  I am a single mother trying to do my job selling advertising for a newspaper that's made available in Williams lake and area and the lady was so mean didn't even gimme a chance. You don't have to be rude it's free to listen PLUS it's for local kids and families. Why treat people that way? I definitely will be getting my soft serve from McDonald's from now on
