  As a retired critical care nurse, I would encourage anyone refused care to put a complaint in writing to the BC Medical Association disciplinary department requesting a formal review and opinion on negligence and denial of medical care.

  There are far better clinics in Williams lake that have patient intake. I would avoid this one all around. Yorston is taking patients and has far better customer service. Sad all around here. So unprofessional.

  If you miss one appointment regardless of the reason you will never be seen by this Dr. again in the future regardless of how long you have been a patient.

  Terrible bedside manner. Awful cancellation policy! Miss your appointment lose your doctor?? Talk about uncompromising and unreasonable! No exceptions even for circumstances beyond your control! Unbelievable.

  Certainly for Williams Lake residents it is unjust to seniors, seriously ill or clients unable to call . This business model is a visible failure to demonstrate caring, respectful, individual care which includes listening. Even when payment as compensation was offered for the missed appointment, the physician refused services to the patient. I believe this denial of care contravenes what the College of Physicians would recommend or support as reasonable. Perhaps they should be informed to look into their policies.
