  If I could give a no stars I would. We bought a DVD player for our truck from them and it was broken!! We've been trying for months, since installation, to make amends with staff to reconcile this and they have done nothing. The male we were trying to work with was rude and obnoxious, to the point where we will never buy from them again and will tell everyone how they treated us as customers. It's unfortunate that horrible staff can make such a negative impact on management. Avoid them at all costs because they are just their for the profit not for the customers!!!!

  Ordered a lenses before Xmas called today and was told the order wasn't placed so now I've got to wait some more hope they place the order like they had said. Love giving extra late Christmas gifts

  Should be a zero star review. I'll never waste my time with this store again. Staff are incompetent. I've had nothing bit problems with every item I have bought/ ordered. Last year I ordered a lens it took a month for it when I was told three days! Bought phones and that was a nightmare! My husband ordered me a lens for Christmas, a week and half before to be exact. Dec 30th and it's still not here the whole week being told come in tomorrow.. then find out today they have not even ordered my lens but have full out been paid for the item!! I'll never recommend this store to anyone. Save your time and money and just go to best buy.
