  We went to Lake City Ford looking for a truck. Joel Gyselinck met us on the lot and listened to what our needs were. He made the process a fun and easy experience. There was a minor problem with pricing but Joel put us first as customers and fixed the problem quickly in our favour. He is honest which is a rarity these days. We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle as he puts his customers first.

  I have dealt at this Dealership for over 35 years and never had a problem in the sales, parts, service or body shop.. I drove a F150 then and I still drive a F150 and will continue until someone tells me I can't drive anymore. Ford all the way!!!! These are guys and gals give great customer service.
