  Awesome service!!!!! Coming in to Williams Lake my water pump went bad. Went to Gustafson's talked to Andrew in service he had a full slate for the day and days forward. He was able to work the schedule a bit got me in and we were on our way in an hour and a half. After a very stressful week dealing with a death in the family we are most appreciative of the service we received. Many kudos to the whole group. Thank you very much.

  Unequivocally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any retail transaction. Run, don't walk, to the nearest alternative dealer.

  But, I spent 10 minutes on the showroom floor looking at the cars and no one came to talk to me about them, and then when I finally asked one of the salesman about the hellcat, as I wanted to see the interior, he wouldn't open the doors on it. And then he walked away.
