    While Cathy had gone above and beyond with our new vehicle, we had been charged monthly for 4 months for insurance for a vehicle we no longer had and traded in at Cariboo GM. We brought it to their attention and were told there was nothing that could be done to refund us the $800 for insurance. Because it was a lease, I was not able to cancel insurance on my own as GM is listed as the owner of the vehicle. Hoping others have a much better experience. Happy holidays.
